Allergic To Her Blanket

I have a 3.5 month baby that seems allergic to her blanket. I previously used a cotton swaddle blanket in her crib, but now she is too big for that. I presently use some handknit wool blankets since fleece is not considered a healthy material for babies. I know that this is not the best option, because she often sneezes in the mornings. And it definitely sounds like the result of an allergy.

Currently I can not find something better to keep her warm and still not cause any allergies. I would appreciate any recommendation on this topic.

Hypoallergenic blankets
by: Reena

There are a lot of hypoallergenic blankets available on the market these days which you could use. Alternatively, dress baby warmly in several layers and just cover her with a thick cotton sheet or something so you don?t have to use a blanket, particularly if the room is heated.

Also just see if there is something else that is causing the sneezing, which itself is really not something to worry about. Babies cannot blow their own nose and sneezing is the only way that they can do so. I wouldn?t really worry too much about a few sneezes.
