Get A 19 Month Old To Talk More

Does anyone know any good ideas to get a 19 month old to talk more or use more words? He is saying about 12 words right now, but no mommy or daddy. He was just evaluated by a Speech Therapist who says he is right on the 'verge'. What about using things like labeling, flash cards, anything else that might work?

V-Smile Baby

Try using things like
V-Smile Baby
and other educational toys to encourage development. Those toys teach babies words, numbers, animals, etc. We are getting my daughter that for Christmas. What I also like about it is that
V-Smile Baby
works all the way up to about 36 months.
