How Often To Feed

by Brandy
(Waco, Texas)

I am unsure of how often to feed my son Loic who started eating solids recently. Should I feed him three times a day? I have started with only feeding him at dinner time, but I am unsure if that is enough. I have tried to feed him breakfast but he just will not eat much. His one solid meal has not changed his bottle habits any, but I am concerned that he is not getting enough.

Once Per Day
by: Lo

You are not saying how old is the little baby and for how long you have been feeding him solids. At first, one time per day is enough. Depending on the appetite of the little one, you can increase to two times per day, one being breakfast and one in the afternoon. At least that is what I tried with my little girl. She loved the fruits and enjoyed apples and bananas a lot.
