Side Sleeping

I'd like your opinion about my baby's side sleeping. My baby's head is a bit flat on his right side. I am sure this is caused by his preference for his right side. I therefore always put him to sleep on his left side trying to reshape his head shape.

Am I doing the right thing? And is this finding common amongst babies? Will this position harm my baby's development?

Head Flatness
by: Walaa

My baby's head flatness was also a problem for me. My baby do the same and I was astonished like you, but the doctor advised me not to worry. I was assured that it'll be fixed by itself and be normal around 12 months old. But I still try to move her head in the other side from time to time.

Nothing is easy with babies, so may we all be supported with more patience :)
