Tips for Baby Colic

4 Great tips for addressing baby colic are the following:

- Stay away from the car chair, it makes digestion even more difficult for her. Only use it when travelling.

- Baby formula by name of Novolac AC 1 is formulated for Colic babies. Her problems stopped immediately when I changed her to this.

- Movement of her legs helps, so every morning I would lie her down and give her an oppertunity to kick without her nappy.

- Her tummy has to be regular every day. If this is not happening, try a teaspoon full of brown sugar in her 5 o'clock feed. This cleans out the tummy and afterwards she appeared to sleep better.
